Rajyalaxmi’s diverse background and experience gives her an added advantage in understanding the plethora of opportunities and options that are available in the current circumstances. Having earned a degree in Mathematics and Commerce she went on to work for GE, a Fortune Five Hundred company. With impressive performance, she handled multiple portfolios in the Finance and Risk Management area. Played a key role in Training and Mentoring along with developing critical Training Material that needed psychological and communicational competencies.

Her other non-academic achievements include NCC ‘C’ certification, part of the prestigious ‘Guard Of Honor’ for the President and Prime Minister of India at New Delhi Republic Day Parade. Won the ‘Best Cadet Award’ from the state of Andhra Pradesh. ‘Glider Pilot of the Year’ achievement. Worked as a PR with the Honorary Consulate of Sri Lanka.

Through her experience she has developed Interpersonal, Relational, Conceptual, Technological, Informational and Communicational skills and methods that enable her to promote a sense of belonging for students and to guide them through a satisfied, successful overall experience.
